Q: What locations do you cover?
A: We work around the country and the world.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No. Insurance doesn’t cover OPG services; we can facilitate placement with treatment options, both inpatient and outpatient, that accept insurance.

Q: What are the credentials of your team members?
A: Our staff members include individuals in long-term sustained recovery, masters-level individuals, and licensed clinicians.

Q: How do you price your services?
A: We have three ways of pricing, depending on services requested: at fee, retainer and per day rate. Cost of services is dependent upon a number of factors, including the following: location, number of hours needed to complete assignment, timing of engagement, travel requirements, and other specific needs of the identified person and their family or support system. Please review our pricing sheet or contact OPG for pricing information.

Q: Are you a treatment program?
A: No. We help families find appropriate treatment options and can create a package of services for clients in either inpatient or outpatient settings. Our services do not replace the need for clinical supports.

Q: Do you have any financial affiliation with specific providers?
A: No. O’Connor Professional Group does not accept referral fees or maintain any other financial arrangements with providers.
