Erin Royer

Behavioral Health Navigation Specialist

Erin Royer is the Behavioral Health Navigation Specialist at O’Connor Professional Group (OPG). In this role, she is responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of our client’s needs and complexities to best identify appropriate treatment options. Erin works in an efficient and clinically informed way with prospective clients and professional partners to ensure the placement match is successful. Erin comes to us from Turnbridge, a long-term residential treatment center, where she served as the Program’s Residential Director, responsible for overseeing the program in its entirety.  With more than 6 years of experience in substance abuse, complex mental health, family systems, and vast knowledge of the complex residential system, Erin comes to us with a passion for ensuring clients get the services they need. Erin attended college at Plymouth State University majoring in Criminal Justice with a focus on reform. Erin also holds a recovery coach professional certification. When she’s not going on adventures with her young son, Erin enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family.
