Kelly Cochrane

Operations Associate

Kelly Cochrane is the Operations Associate at O’Connor Professional Group. In this role, she is responsible for the employee experience through talent sourcing, hiring, and employee relations. Additionally, Kelly supports the operations team by facilitating daily operations and assisting with administrative tasks. Kelly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona. She comes to OPG after working in Operations and Event Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cats and has a passion for genealogy, cozy gaming, and food.
