Anxiety Support Group

Time: Tuesdays 6 pm – 7 pm

Location: Online

Given the pandemic and economic crisis that we are facing, many individuals report heightened levels of anxiety. Whether you live with a diagnosed anxiety disorder or are experiencing situational symptoms, we want to help support you during this time of uncertainty. Led by David Carrigan, a masters-level clinician, O’Connor Professional Group (OPG) will offer a virtual support group for adults looking to obtain practical skills to cope with stressors and to share their experiences with a group of peers.

Starting April 14th, our virtual support group will run every Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm for 6 weeks. The price is $60.00 per session or $300.00 for those who sign on for the full 6-week program.

Those who enroll in our virtual support group for anxiety will be provided a safe space to share thoughts and feelings amongst other individuals with similar experiences.
